All training sessions are one-hour in length. During this time, our focus is on creating a weight training program that encompasses:
- Strength Training
- Cardiovascular Program
- Nutritional Guidance
- Stretching and Abdominals
We take beginners and ease them into a program without any intimidation. At Seattle Muscle we teach proper technique and full-range of motion. The focus is on what clients are looking to ultimately achieve, whilst being aware of what they're not comfortable doing. With all of our beginners, we help create confidence in and out of the gym. It's a great feeling to know that our clients, when training on their own, implement everything they've learned from our programs.
For the athletic elite, we focus on designing programs that exceed any limitations they have previously set for themselves. The focus is on creating new exercises, or whatever it takes, to help balance their physique, making them more symmetrical.
We have taken fit bodies and made substantial improvements to their overall appearance.
Taking off-season bodybuilders and leaning them down, creating definition through diet, and mentally preparing them for a national competition is one of the many programs that Seattle Muscle has to offer.
Anyone can get in shape. It simply takes time, dedication, focus, and determination. If all of these are in place, there are no limits to what can be accomplished.
Seattle Muscle trainers offer a wide range of training techniques. No one fitness program works for everybody. This is where a good trainer is essential; knowing exactly what is going to get you in shape and achieve your fitness goals.
Proper training is taken seriously at Seattle Muscle. We will not waste your time with short 20 minute workouts. You will not achieve the results you are looking for by working out for such a short period of time, it's as simple as that. Remember, what you put into a workout is what you get out of it. It takes hard work and determination. There are many gyms and trainers out there that will waste your time balancing on one leg while lifting a three pound dumbbell over your head - this is not what we will do here. You pay good money for results; we make sure you'll get them.
